Amazing vintage style from Victex of Hawaii.
Size is not marked, so please check all measurements before buying.  Actual measurements are 18.5" across the front at top with a 3 1/4" inseam.  Rise is approximately 12."
Minor wear.  Elastic has very little stretch.  Please be sure to look closely at all photos for details.
