    Description

    Here we have a Vintage 1920s Wool Swimsuit Orange/Blue Striped Antique Bathing Suit from Syracuse University.
    This has the 6 original buttons along the collar, A small pocket on the shorts with a flap and a button.  There is also a felt "S" sewn onto the skirt.  it is slightly loose in a couple spots.
    This swimsuit is amazing condition for its age.  There is still plenty of stretch in the wool.  I only see one small hole on the back (see photo)  There are some very minor repairs that look to have been done over the years mainly at the right shoulder and the bottom of the skirt area on the back. The stitching at the at neck seam is loose in spots as well.
    Over all these don't distract from the beauty of this piece that displays wonderfully.
