    A typical French city bicycle of the period with 650B wheels, demi ballon tires, Alex C Singer brakes, Simplex "Tour de France" three speed derailleur, alloy fenders and chainguard, Radios generator and lights, Stronglight 49D cranks with Specialites TA chainring.  Note: Previous owner's name and address is engraved in the identification plate attached to the stem.
