Shipping, Payment and Returns
Items will ship the following day after payment excluding weekends and holidays. If you purchase and item on Friday, it will not ship until Monday.
We accept PayPal along with Major Credit Cards. Immediate payment is required for all Buy It Now listings.
We understand returns are sometime necessary. You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We’ll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept returns of special order items. We will not accept returns or provide refunds on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more than 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your item. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. There are select items that are not eligible for return and we do make our best effort to include that information along with the product information.
