FREE SHIPPING for US customers!! TX residents pay sales tax.  Items are shipped within 3 days of receiving all info needed to complete order. Most of the time they are shipped next day!  In order to keep prices down, free shipping does not include a tracking number.  These are shipped in a plain white envelope with the words "Custom Pet Tags Enclosed" printed on the envelope.
