Q1: Why the screen with a stamp mark or screen not clear ?
A1: Because there are protective film on the screen, the stamp is on the protective layer, please don't worry, it is original, never used, All In All, if you are not satisfied with the screen in any way, please just tear off the protective film.Tear off it from the green label of the corner of the screen.
Q2. How to Use it ?
A2: You can use it immediately after power on, don't need to install any APP, very convennient.
Q3: Why the picture is not crear ?
A3: Clean the Camera Len, In the setting page, set the Resolution to 1920*1080 , please adjust led lights to max, endoscope need focus, this Observation distance is 4cm-5M ,you can find a the best clear distance on this range, suggest 7cm~15cm , very clear in this distance, you can even see the words clearly on the instruction manual .
Q4: Does this endoscope if can be waterproof ?
A4: Yes , the camera len is IP67 Waterproof , suitable for various types of environment, for example, Car checking, exploring the water pipes, damp or wet area etc.
Q5 : what is the Hard cable ? and what is the different on soft cable ?
