Cohen 3. Slick mushy obverse. Date hard to see unless held at an angle. Reverse detail quite clear. At the end of the day, this stray dog is still the ever elusive small 5 with stems variety. Unmistakable attribution with the fraction bar far left of the numerator. Awesome find.
