Shipping
We ship our products primarily through USPS and UPS.
All items will be shipped within 24 business hours upon receipt of payment.(except Saturday, Sunday & Holidays).
Orders placed on weekend or Holiday will be shipped the next business day.
We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal.
Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.
We primarily ship to the Lower 48 states, and we do not ship to FPO, APO.

Returns
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, please contact us as soon as possible.  Please take pictures of the outside of the box and the contents including the packaging material. If we have another one in inventory we will re-ship otherwise a credit will be issued to your PayPal account upon completion of the USPS dispute.
Defective
If your item arrives defective, please contact us as soon as possible, we will arrange a pick up of the defective item(s), but rest assured that we will cover all shipping costs and offer of replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Exchanged Items returned within 30 days of receipt may be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.
The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs (forward and return).
Items must be returned in their original new & unopened condition. We do not accept any returns on used.
