Here I have a brand new Clam Cold Snap Auger Cover for 10" Cold Snap auger blades.  The auger blades line up perpendicular to the hinge, and when set down, the weight of the auger stretches the heavy duty band allowing the cover to SNAP on to the auger, covering up the blades.  Your auger is now safely protected and ready for transport in less than 3 seconds!  To remove the cover, simply rest your foot on one side of the cover to stretch the band and lift up on the auger.  Easy as pie!!
