C.G. Conn 3 Valve Baritone Horn Ser#531074 Detachable Bell Needs Adjustment
Additional Information:
This baritone horn is being sold as is in kind of playing condition.  It has a pretty big tip down on the lead pipe and may possibly have a hairline fracture in the lead pipe from the twist.  We were able to test play it and you can play up and down but because of the tip to the lead pipe and because the detachable bell is stuck in the current position it plays at an awkward angle and needs an adjustment.  The valves are short action valves and they work very well. The slides are all easily pulled.  All in all there has been no extrememly major damage to the horn and it is still in good shape.  It could definately be brought back to life and once that happens this should be a fantastic playing and sounding baritone horn!

Has a light dent in the outside bow and/or a small ding (See Pics)
The Bell

(See Pics) It is a detachable bell but currently it is stuck as it sets.  We think possibly the front of the bell maybe was soldered in place or a bell tightening screw may have broken off and is holding it in place.  We are unsure. Either way we can get the bell to tip forward but the front of the bell will not move.  No bell tightening screws are included.
Bell Dent Removal/Repair:

The Bottom Bow:
Has a light dent in the bow guard with a small ding (See Pics) the bottom bow guard looks like it may need to be re-soldered in the future as part of it has popped it solder.

No Mouthpiece is included, or other accessories

Incomplete Return:
The item will be inspected upon return and if any original parts or pieces are missing you will be contacted to send the missing items back.  If you are unable to return the missing item/part, you forfeit the refund.  All partial items that have been returned will also be forfeited and will be the property of Musical Instrument City.

Damage during Outbound Shipping:
In the unfortunate chance your item is damaged, the following procedure must be followed exactly in order to process a refund. Failure to comply with the following procedures constitutes a violation of the return policy and therefore a refund will not be given. Please contact us immediately. Save everything, including the box, packing materials, and shipping label. Without the original box and packing materials, a claim cannot be made, and a refund will not be issued. Take a full set of pictures so the damage can be assessed. Don’t send anything back yet until we contact our insurance company.  We will tell you when you may ship the item back.  Please see instructions for return shipping below. If it is determined that the item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a return shipping label via eBay Messages.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, which has been damaged while in your possession.

Damage during Return Shipping:
The item will be inspected upon return and if the item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file an insurance claim.  Because you are the shipper, we cannot initiate a claim.  Depending upon how much damage was sustained you may only get a partial refund or no refund due to the damage.

In order to receive a refund our policy requires you to put insurance on the item for its return shipping.

Please use the original packing material and box.  Please use original packing material inside the case around the item.  Also use the original packing material around the case in the box to protect the item from shipping damage. If your item does not have a case, please use all packing material that the item came with to protect the item from shipping damage.

Uninsured packages or items shipped “COD” or “Shipping Due” will be refused and a refund will not be issued.

Once the item is received, we will conduct a physical inspection. This inspection will determine your eligibility for a refund.
