Bestler Baritone Horn w/Case

Description

This is a Bestler baritone horn a school system sent out to be repaired.  The repair tech can't repair it because the third valve is "no good" (his words, not mine, and I don't know him so we have no further specifics) and he can't get a replacement valve for it.  All three valves are in the horn, but there is indeed one that doesn't respond like the others.  There are also numerous dents, and although the slides aren't frozen, it takes some serious force to get them to move.  It's possible that someone who knows what they're doing and has a spare valve could get this playing again, but we're selling it as a parts horn.
The case is in fine shape, but bears a logo that says "Mendini by Cecilio," so it's not the stock case.
This doesn't come with a mouthpiece.
