I have for sale 3 used Beaver Dam Arctic Fisherman Ice Fishing Tip Ups.  These tip ups are in good used condition.  One of the flags has been replaced.  The other two flags I would say are in good to fair condition.  The springs are strong.  I don't see anything broke or missing.  There is a string line on the spools.  Please check out all photos for more detail and condition as part of description.  You are buying these Tip Ups in As Found used condition.
