This stamp collection features the Scout of Stamps from St. Thomas and Prince Islands (
São Tomé and Príncipe
) , issued between 1982. The Mint Never Hinged/MNH quality and F/VF (Fine/Very Fine) grade makes it a valuable addition to any stamp collection. The stamps are from St Thomas and depict the Boy Scouts in various activities. The K-Line Page 242C is a great way to organize and display this unique collection.
This lot will be packaged in large envelope with the album page and stamps intact and  shipped by USPS.

Payment is required within 14 days of first item.  I arm happy to combine items UP TO a 2-WEEK PERIOD or UP TO 40 items, whichever comes first. eBay has a 40 item per invoice limit, if you have more than 40 items you will receive multiple invoices.
The USPS is increasing rates twice a year, therefore, adjustments to shipping rates will be made as needed.

Shipping charges are based on a per invoice bases. If you have more than 40 items, you will receive multiple invoices. Oversized lots (collections  in binders or collections above 30 pages) may have a higher shipping cost and may not be combinable. If the cart does not give a discount for multiple wins, please request a combined invoice and I will provide invoice with base shipping plus per item addition.
If you win multiple collections (each collection more than 3 or 4 pages), contact us and we will combine and give you the shipping cost for multiples.
