    Description

    Thanks for having a look at my 1804 Spiked Chin Half Cent! As far as problem coins go, I'd have to give this one a pretty hign grade. Yes, a small scratch exists between the 1 and the 8. It is old, barely noticable, and not on a focal point. The coin otherwise has a lot going for it and is rather pleasing. I like the obverse cud at 11-12 o'clock. I'm sure there's plenty of worse coins in straight grade holders!
