    Description

    1804 half cent, crosslet 4, with stems, PCGS "Cleaning-UNC Details". Very attractive draped bust half cent. Any cleaning that may be referenced on this half cent, was not abrasive in type, would have had to occurred 2 full generations back as it was removed from a very old collection, familiar to me for that length of time, and remaining in storage, unchanged, until removed for PCGS authentication and grading. The hair above the ear and at the forehead still shows the detail, as do the leaves and their detail. Very nice half cent, attractive color, that holds up to examination, and makes a strong addition to any type set.
