    Description

    1804 Draped Bust Half Cent  "SPIKED CHIN VARIETY"
    This is an excellent coin that somehow has several very fine lines that came across Liberty's neck into the right obverse field. I tried hard to show them so you can clearly see how this coin was damaged and in fact how minimal the damage is.  What is great is that you not only see the spiking of Liberty's chin, but also all the screw lines that were impressed into the obverse die when a screw fell in at some point and impressed the die!
    Great chocolate brown surfaces item and easily XF in Details.
