    Description

    PCGS authenticated and graded MS 63 BN. Attractive faded mint color and tan brown with blue steel and olive overtones. There are faint pin scratches in the obverse fields, and a couple on the reverse under the fraction and over O in OF. Choice frosty cartwheel luster on the surfaces, especially the reverse. Crosslet 4 with Stems variety.
