1804 C.6 Spiked Chin Draped Bust Half cent, PCGS F details, code 92 for cleaned.  Manley Die State 2.5, which he notes as being "very scarce".  Quite honestly, we don't see this coin as cleaned at all.  It is wonderfully appealing smooth dark chocolate, there is no corrosion or roughness, the color is even and consistent (and totally natural looking), and there is the expected level of gloss that a nice coin would display.  Can we say with certainty that this was never cleaned?  No.  But - and this is rally the important thing in our mind - does it actually appear to have been cleaned?  Are there obvious signs of such?  Well, the honest answer to those questions is also...no.  There you have full disclosure.  Enjoy!
