Beautiful lustrous light brown with olive steel overtones in the protected areas.
Mint state sharpness but there are three tiny planchet voids on the neck with darker planchet slag inside the voids, as struck. There is also a pinprick in the field before the eyebrow, another right of the Y, and numerous dull nicks inside the wreath around HALF CENT. LDS, Manley state 3.0, with a fine die crack from the crosslet of the 4 through the bust tip. The reverse is rotated 10 degrees CCW. Certainly one of the finest known of this rare variety.
